Fall Family Photos at Lake Rebecca Park | Johnson Family in Hastings, MN

It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since I last photographed the Johnson family — and wow, how the kids have grown! This year’s session at Lake Rebecca Park was one of those perfect fall days where the sunshine, gentle breeze, and crunchy leaves all came together just right.

We found the perfect shady spots to enjoy the soft golden light while capturing their family — full of giggles, sweet moments, and a few playful smiles, of course. Their two boys and little girl remind me so much of my own — the way they look out for each other, tease a little, and melt your heart in the next moment.

There’s a tenderness and connection between them that shines through in every frame. I’m so grateful to have watched this family grow and to get to freeze these fleeting seasons for them along the way.
