There’s something timeless about downtown Hastings. The historic brick, the flowing Mississippi, and the beautiful Riverwalk make it such a perfect spot for senior portraits — and it was just the right backdrop for Andrew’s session. Andrew is a senior at St. Croix Lutheran Academy, and he’s already thinking ahead to big goals. Next fall, he’ll be heading to school in Wisconsin to study business analytics. Between his drive for the future and his easygoing personality, he made the whole session feel natural and fun. When he’s not buried in schoolwork, you’ll find Andrew at Noodles & Company (he’s a big fan of mac & cheese!) or spending time with his family. Family is clearly a huge part of his life — even when the house is a little divided on game day. Andrew cheers for the Broncos, which makes for some lively conversation when NFL season rolls around. Faith is also an important part of his story. He and his family are part of St. John’s in Woodbury, and it’s clear that his roots run deep in community and connection. During our session, we strolled along the Riverwalk, letting the evening light filter through the trees and bounce off the water. The mix of downtown textures and river views gave us a variety of backdrops that captured both Andrew’s laid-back side and his sharp, ready-for-the-future edge. As he steps into his senior year, it’s exciting to think about where the road ahead will take him. Andrew, thank you for letting me document this milestone — I can’t wait to see how you’ll use your talents and determination in the years to come!
