It’s not every day that you get to hang out with a family outdoors to take their photos… but it’s even rarer when that family all are amazing musicians! We love whenever we get a chance to spend time with the Alzen Family Band. We first met them almost ____ years ago and our first session was in the middle of winter and about 90 degrees colder (we’re talking in the negatives here). We still remember seeing them get out of the vehicles with their instruments and being like, “Lord, help nothing to get affected by these cold temps!” Thankfully since then, we’ve chosen warmer weather! 

The Alzen Family has definitely changed a bit with Tessa graduating high school, Barak and AnaLise getting married, and the addition of an adorable little one! We even got to see this family band at one of our couple’s weddings this year – a super fun treat! One of our favorite things about this family is that they all have multiple musical talents so they are constantly switching it up, but our all-time favorite thing is that they have a ton of fun together. You can see in the way they look at each other while playing and through all the smiles that they truly love to do this together.
