Leppke Family // Fall Family Portrait Mini Sessions in Hastings, MN

​Is this family not the cutest? We met up at Hasting’s beautiful Lake Rebecca Park for their September family portrait mini session. I love how fall creates so many fun opportunities to work with amazing families like this! ​​Little Everly and Henry were so cute and did amazingly well with all of the fun distractions like water, geese, and sticks around. In fact, we “rewarded” Henry with sticks to throw into the water from time to time with how well he was doing – oh the simple pleasures of little boys! Everly definitely was a bit ounsure of me and my large camera at the beginning but soon warmed up and even let her parents parents, Levi and Jenna, take a few photos by themselves before the end of our time together.

Jenna and Levi, you two are doing a great job! It’s so obvious that your children feel completely safe in your watch and arms, thatthey are thriving and growing under your gentle care and direction, and that you two put each other as a priority which helps your children to feel all the more secure. Keep loving one another and others, keep smiling and soaking up all these fun stages, and keep walking humbly on this crazy journey! I loved getting to meet your little family and seeing how your kiddos interact as they are the same age gap as our two boys! Also, thanks for working with my total first trimester pregnancy brain there as I definitely mixed up names and words a few times! Can’t wait to show you more soon!
