Rachael & Andy // Fall Engagement Portraits // Vino in the Valley in Maiden Rock, WI

We're currently on the road traveling in rainy weather to tomorrow's wedding but couldn't hold this fun engagement session to ourselves any longer! Meet Rachael and Andrew. These two showed us one of their summer date night traditions by taking us to Vino in the Valley for their engagement session. We can see why they love it -- especially in all of the gorgeous fall weather and colors!

Mark's favorite part of the session was drooling over Andy's stories about fly fishing and hunting in the area. Andy said that there are public access points to the streams that he loves to visit and fish at, but to watch out for bears. When we first met with Rachael and Andy at our favorite coffee shop in Cottage Grove, Caribou, Rachael and Andy said that they spend a lot of time being outside and that Rachael often reads while Andy fishes.

These two went to the same high school together but didn't run in the same crowds. In college when two of their good friends started dating, they would go along to hang out and soon they started dating as well. Rachael said she had no idea the proposal was coming but a friend was insistent it was going to happen on their softball weekend up north. She was right! Having his best friend tag along to take photos of the proposal, he asked her to marry him at the beautiful Gooseberry Falls -- they do love their outdoors!

Rachael and Andy, we so enjoyed hanging out with you and can't wait to connect again on your wedding day! We're praying that wedding planning goes smoothly for you and are here to help in anyway we can!
