When Samrica reached out desiring a portrait session so that she could send photos back to her hubby in Africa for their anniversary, my heart melted and I was absolutely for it and promptly squeezed them in to a busy Thanksgiving week. Then, when she requested to take their mini portrait session photos at our church, I was at first a bit nervous, but excited when I walked in the doors and saw the amazing volunteers decorating for Christmas. We moved some items around and had ourselves a very Merry Christmas mini shoot! Samrica and Joerica started coming to our church within this past year. I haven't gotten to know either of them as much as I would like to but what I can say from the interactions we have had and watching the way they interact with others is that they love others so well and are loved by others as equally much. I love the way Samrica worships and prays so passionately -- it's always so encouraging to my heart. Joerica is a sweet and spunky gorgeous girl who when I asked how school was today, she huffed but then we talked about how exciting it was that it was almost Thanksgiving break.
Samrica and Joerica, I hope these pictures bring you joy and highlight this special time of the year! So grateful you've been brought into our church family and excited to get to know you more in the next coming months!
