Hastings Mini Sessions at Leduc Historic Estates // The Hoffman Family

Meet the Hoffman family and their spunky little puppy, Gus, who they got right around the beginning of the school year. We know this because this fun family attends our church, and we were surprised one night when the girls got out the vehicle for youth group (because they should be out at college). Then came out this adorable little furry, four-legged creature and we realized why they were home on a Wednesday night – puppy love! Gus is definitely a cutey and Mark & I aren’t the only one who think so: when we put our 6 month old, Chloe, down on his level, she squealed with delight and wouldn’t move her eyes off of him, even if he barely noticed her.

But enough about the dog, the Hoffmans are a really fun family that we’ve had the privilege of getting to know the past six years. We’ve taken Allison & Mallory’s senior photos, so when they said they needed some updated family pictures, we were definitely up to the task! One of the things that Mark and I appreciate about the Hoffmans is how the leaders of the family run it. Steve & Kim are a really solid couple who I am sure aren’t perfect, but they are intentional. We have seen firsthand how they choose to parent in a way with the long term in mind, how they set aside special time and moments to bond as a family, and how they lead by example in having a heart for others. In our world today, this sort of a family is really rare, so it’s all the more a beautiful thing!

Hoffman Family, thanks for the chance to hang out with Gus, err I mean you all ;), again! We are praying you continue to press on – encouraging each other and building each other up (had to throw in that VBS memory there!)
