Heitschmidt Family Photos in the Backyard at Delano, MN

How cute is this little guy?! It’s so fun to think back to what feels like just yesterday -but was most definitely last winter-when I was taking their maternity photos on a very wintry night (think sliding through stop signs on the way home because so much snow was on the ground). Here he is, already so much so the center of attention and soaking it all up while seamlessly loving each and every one of those around him. A lot of these smiles came quite naturally once he fully woke up from nap — but Baby Shark definitely doo doo doo doo-ed him into the super smiler you see here!

JD & Johnelle, you have such a precious family, and it was such an honor to hang out and see how big your little guy has gotten! So crazy to think how such a short time ago you two were sharing how excited you were to have him finally here, and now here you are, seeming as if life had never been without him. We pray that as he continues to grow, you two continue to grow into your relationship with each other and build a solid foundation!
