Redeemed Farms Scandia Wedding in MN // Lindsey & Travis

Wow, oh wow, oh wow! What can we say about Travis and Lindsey’s wedding day but wow? These two are the sweetest, kindest, most joyful couple there is. We met them at a previous WP bride and groom’s wedding day – Lindsey was the maid of honor and Travis happened to sit at our table during the reception. He shared the story of how these two were dating and as silly as it sounds, we fell in love with this couple, and both Mark and I left Becca & Connor’s wedding day wishing that someday we would be able to photograph Travis and Lindsey’s day. So flash forward a few years and here we were, standing at Redeemed Farms in Scandia, MN – a beautiful farmstead reception venue that has a Magnolia-style farmhouse, cute cottages, a gorgeous well-lit barn with both downstairs and upstairs spots, plenty of adorable yard spaces to play games and connect with loved ones, and an outdoor ceremony location amidst the vineyards. This time, Becca was the matron of honor to Lindsey (fun how roles can change in a few years) and Connor was the one attending the wedding.

The favorite part of the day had to be the first look. These two were both so excited, and the minute they set eyes on each other, you could see the peace rest on them, the reality that today was the day that they were long waiting for, and that they would be the center of attention but more excitedly -- as these two aren’t used to being in the limelight—by the end of the day they would rest in each other’s arms for the rest of their lives. As Travis put it beautifully when he said to Lindsey shortly after their first look, "Everyone is here for us. They traveled far for us."

Travis and Lindsey, we were so blessed to have documented your relationship! You two feel like close and natural friends to us and we are so excited for your new stage of life! Continue to draw close to one another, to keep that cord of three strands tightly wound, and to work towards the Pottery Barn dream ;) Love you, guys!
