We love the personal stories behind each couple and seeing how their friends and family surround them to celebrate them on their day. This is definitely the case for Trent and Erin. These two, while nervous the first bit of the day, instantly relaxed once they saw each other at Guardian Angels Catholic Church (The church Erin was baptized in and went to preschool in as a child.) for their first look. From that point on through having so much fun dancing at Northern Stacks Events, they couldn’t help but overflow with joy and smiles.

There were so many precious moments in their day that we can’t narrow it down to one. Erin sweetly engraved a personal message on the inside of Trent’s ring and did not reveal it until after the first look. They also exchanged hand written letters to read before the ceremony. Erin’s younger sister, Mary, shared the story during her toast of how, when she first met Trent, she was knitting, and he asked her to make her a seal. She exclaimed something to the effect of “I don’t know you that well, but if you marry my sister I’ll make you one.” So at the end of her toast, she presented Trent with his very own knit seal and the room erupted in joyful tears and laughter. Probably our personal favorite part of the day was when Erin’s family hit the dance floor with their choreographed dance to One Direction’s “Best Song Ever” – epic doesn’t even summarize how fun this dance was!

Erin and Trent, there is no doubt that you love spending time with each other and also with each other’s families. It was beyond a privilege to join you on your wedding day to capture your photographs, and we so enjoyed it! We pray that you two will continue to grow in love for one another, continue to develop deep roots, and continue to go out into the world overflowing with joy!
