Fall Lake Wedding at Breezy Point // Sam & Austin

We first talked about these two last summer when we did their engagement session in Hastings with what we’d affectionately call the little blue truck – a cute light blue Ford one! When they had originally reached out, they were only looking for engagement photos, but when we found out their wedding day was going to be at the beautiful Breezy Point Resort & Golf Course, we excitedly said we’d love to travel for their day. Flash forward more than a year later, and we made it! These two overcame so many obstacles along the way, so many ups and downs, and yet they pushed forward, excited to step into the stage of man and wife.

One of the challenges that Sam faced was finding a wedding dress she loved. She went to three stores before trying this one on at Our Shop Bridal in Woodbury, Minnesota. She knew it was the one when her mom immediately cried when she saw it on her. They waited to not only show Austin it for the first time on the wedding day, but also her dad. So, needless to say, there were multiple wet eyes throughout the day as the reality of the wedding day being here came.

Sam and Austin, you two are surrounded by those who love you for who you each uniquely are as well as who you are together. We pray that you will continue to grow closer to one another, that you will be able to build a strong foundation for the remaining chapters in your life, and that as you look through these moments, you will be able to relive the special parts of your wedding day over and over again. Thanks so much for trusting us to be your wedding photographers! It was truly a beautiful day!
